Decorating in a lock-down

Apartment Therapy

Who doesn't like a creative interior space?!
The design and nature of the place you live has been proven time and again to affect your mental processing speed, concentration, tranquility, and quality of output.

Your interior design reflects your tastes and interests, making your abode an inviting place to retreat at the end of the day. Whether you want to sip on a glass of iced tea while reading a good book, enjoy your family or host parties, outdated decor can put a damper on your activities.

Besides , everyone loves aesthetically pleasing scenes An ambient interior can be the much-needed eye candy after a long day at work. It goes without saying that we all have different preferences when it comes to interior décor.

If you're like most prospective homeowners, you have a clear vision of your dream home. Finding a home that perfectly matches your design preferences isn't likely, but luckily you can design your own with little more than a sketchbook and a few inspirational ideas. Every self builder has their individual expectations and ambitions. The process of designing a home is very demanding and challenging, as it is a crucial stage that is responsible for making your vision a reality.

Also enforced time at home has led to a DIY explosion around the country. Home-improvement stores were crammed the weekend before lockdown restrictions started, and paint brands are reporting a huge increase in demand as, while self-isolating, we feel compelled to deal with the tatty paintwork and grubby grout we can no longer ignore. So redecorating is what you can do to brighten up your home in these dark times.
