DALGONA COFFEE: Oh, you sweet, frothy, light, milky perfection!
No, wait, reread that one more time. The fact that I can use all those describing words together to try to transfer this heavenly drink through the computer and into your mouth is proof that there is magic involved here.
It takes a small space on my kitchen counter and creates a kind of homemade coffee shop fairy tale where *poof* I’m sitting out on the couch with a cute mug of iced coffee complete with striped paper straw and bonus – I am still wearing my ratty high school hoodie and my hair is tied in a bedhead bun. Coffee shop in the house, yo.

This could be - has been - is currently - a game changer in our collective coffee lives. This is a new level of coffee enlightenment. It fits anywhere and everywhere into our life because when something is so luxuriously creamy, fluffy and sweet, how can it not ?
Put on your happy pants, frands. This is the simplest wonderful thing of summer.
Here's the recipe that will unlock some morning magic for you:
INGREDIENTS:
- Instant coffee - 2 tbsp
- Sugar - 4 tbsp
- Hot water - 2 tbsp
- Cold milk - 3/4th cup
- Ice cubes - 2 per serving
PROCEDURE:

- Take coffee, sugar, hot water in a bowl. Mix well.
- Use a hand blender or whisker to whip this till it gets light and fluffy. It will take around 3 to 5 mins.
- Now take a serving glass. Fill with ice. Add in sweetened milk.
- Top with the whipped coffee. Stick and straw in and serve.
- Mix well and enjoy.
